Villa Enterprises Management Ltd. Inc., a global multiconcept restaurant franchisor, announced the reopening of two Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen locations along the Florida Turnpike. As part of the Florida Turnpike’s multimillion dollar system-wide service plaza reconstruction project, renovated concepts opened recently at the Fort Drum and Turkey Lake service plazas.

“Millions of people travel along the Florida Turnpike each day – whether they are heading home, commuting to work or just passing through,” says Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management. “Our concepts have been in a number of the service plazas for several years, and it’s given us a great opportunity to serve the local community and travelers with delicious, convenient food, and the renovation project is making a great impact on our visitors.”

To date, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen has locations at three of the eight service plazas along the 312-mile Florida Turnpike, including Fort Pierce and the recently revamped Fort Drum and Turkey Lake locations. The service plazas on the Turnpike are open 24 hours a day and feature a variety of dining and retail options, indoor play areas for children, water features, and educational kiosks, among other amenities.

As Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen continues its expansion in the Sunshine State, the latest openings increase the restaurant brand to more than 25 locations throughout the state. In addition, Villa Enterprises Management currently operates more than 330 concepts across 38 U.S. states, as well as in Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico, and seven additional countries.
