Villa Enterprises Management, celebrating 50 years in business, announced for #GivingTuesday, its 13th Annual Villa Enterprises/Scotto Properties Charity Golf Outing and Dinner, at the Shackamaxon Golf Club in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, held on September 22nd, raised $68,358 for local charities. This year, three local charities were chosen for a portion of the monies raised, The Morristown Police Department, Deidre’s House—The Center for Morris County’s Child Victims, and The National Autism Association, among other local nonprofits which will be chosen throughout the year.

“Over 100 golfers enjoyed a beautiful day on the course to raise the largest amount yet of $68,358 for local charities at our 13th Annual golf outing,” says Lori Orrico, Villa’s event coordinator. “Contests included the Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Straightest Drive, and Hole in One. After 18 holes, donors enjoyed a cocktail reception, raffle prizes, and dinner,” said Orrico.

Maria Savettiere, executive director of Deidre’s House, thanked the guests for donating, sharing how the money will be used to help with child abuse prevention, intervention, and education programs for Morris County’s Child Victims. The Morristown Police Department and The National Autism Association each also received a portion of the donations raised from this year’s 13th Annual Villa Enterprises/Scotto Properties Charity Golf Outing, and other area nonprofits will benefit throughout the year.

Over the past 50 years, Villa Enterprises has donated millions of dollars in the communities they serve with its commitment to giving back.  Besides its annual Golf Outing, Villa’s charitable donations have helped the mission’s of thousands of charities and nonprofits with fundraisers at some of their 370 restaurant locations across the U.S.
