Frankfurters are synonymous with the summer season, and to further honor this All-American classic, they have their own special day to designate them as top dog. Wayback Burgers, America’s hometown burger joint, will celebrate National Hot Dog Day by offering a 2-for-$5 special on its Classic Dog at participating locations nationwide on July 23.

Guests can visit a participating Wayback Burgers restaurant on National Hot Dog Day to enjoy two juicy Classic Dogs, made with Sabrett all-beef hot dogs for $5. The offer is not valid on the Wayback Dog or Chili Cheese Dog and is limited one offer per person. Additional charges may apply for chili, bacon, and cheese toppings.

Guests are encouraged to share their dogs on social media using the hashtag #NationalHotDogDay on Twitter and Instagram, and to leave a comment on Wayback Burgers’ Facebook page.
