Wienerschnitzel, the world’s largest hot dog franchise, has officially taken its fan-favorite hot dogs down south for the winter. The iconic 60-year legacy brand has marked its international presence with the opening of two South American locations situated in Chile and Ecuador. The restaurants open on December 9 and 10.
 
These initial locations will be the first of more than two dozen Wienerschnitzel locations set to launch across Latin America over a five-year period. Esteemed businessman and trusted entrepreneurial partner Andres Sotomayor is leading the charge of this expansion in Ecuador, having previously signed a 15-unit development deal with the brand.

The first location in Ecuador is situated in the bustling city of Guayaquil, while the Chile location is in Santiago. The remaining locations in development are currently in the process of site selection.
