Windjammer Capital Investors, a national private investment firm, has acquired Component Hardware, a supplier of hardware components and plumbing products for the foodservice industry and other specialized equipment markets. 

Windjammer partnered with management to acquire the business from Liberty Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Senior management will continue with the company.

Component Hardware is headquartered in Lakewood, New Jersey, with additional facilities located in the Netherlands, Taiwan, and China. The company services original equipment manufacturers in diverse markets, including foodservice and other specification-driven industries, as well as foodservice equipment dealers and service agencies.
