“Yoshinoya is proud of our 110-year history of tradition, consistent growth, and customer loyalty, especially during difficult economic times such as those we face today. Aggressive growth is scheduled to continue for Yoshinoya in 2009 with openings scheduled across various Southern California cities Lakewood, Sun Valley, Sylmar among others.
Following plans to grow the brand to more than 100 locations by the end of 2009, Yoshinoya has opened the following locations:
6598 Cherry Avenue, Long Beach, California: This 1,728-square-foot, 36-seat restaurant opened on April 10, 2009, and is located at the intersection of Cherry and Artesia in Long Beach.
14308 Prairie Boulevard, Hawthorne, California. This 1,360-square-foot, 30-seat restaurant opened on April 27, 2009, and is located at the intersection of Prairie and Rosecrans in Hawthorne. A Grand Opening Event is scheduled on May 9th, 2009 and will feature radio personalities and fun for the whole family.
401 South Lincoln Avenue, Suite C, Corona California. This 2,070-square-foot, 40-seat restaurant opened on April 29, 2009, and is located in the heart of Corona.
1273 N. Tustin Avenue #A, Orange, California. This 1,990-square-foot, 42-seat restaurant opened on April 25, 2009, and is located at the intersection of Tustin & Katella Avenues in Orange. A Grand Opening Event is scheduled on May 16th, 2009 and will feature a live radio remote and other family oriented fun.
