Ziggi’s Coffee announced the opening of its first location in North Carolina, in the town of Clayton, on Friday, December 29. This drive-thru location marks the Kemp family’s first Ziggi’s and will include a walk-up window and large patio, along with a grass space to host community gatherings. Local owners, John and Vicki Kemp, along with Austin and Mikaila Kemp, are looking forward to opening their Ziggi’s in the town they call home. 

The Kemp family moved across the country from Colorado, where Ziggi’s was founded, to the small town of Clayton, NC and has felt welcomed in this community since day one. The Kemps are excited to bring the taste of Ziggi’s to their neighborhood and eventually expand their footprint within the area with future Ziggi’s locations. 

“Our anticipation is rooted in the prospect of connecting with the people of Clayton, fostering relationships that go beyond coffee,” said John Kemp. “With a commitment to providing a space for community gathering, Ziggi’s aims to be more than just a coffee destination but a hub for shared moments and meaningful connections.”

To celebrate, the community is invited to a Grand Opening event on Saturday, January 6, where guests will be treated to a free 16oz drink of choice*. The new location offers a wide selection of handcrafted beverages from coffee classics to Energy Infusions, an assortment of delicious food options and a kidZone menu featuring kid-friendly items.
