    Zoup! Brings Back Brewhouse Cheddar Soup, Seasoned Bread Boules

    Fall is just around the corner, bringing with it cooler temperatures and a yearning for comfort food. At Zoup!, the fast casual restaurant renowned for its fresh, delicious soups, salads and sandwiches, the season brings the much-anticipated return of its beloved Brewhouse Cheddar soup and Seasoned Bread Boules - bowls that are just as delicious as the soups inside them.

    “The Brewhouse Cheddar and Seasoned Bread Boules were huge hits when we rolled them out last year,” said Zoup! founder and CEO Eric Ersher. “This year, we’ve added two new Bread Boule varieties, giving our guests a reason to come back and try them all.”

    Available beginning Monday, Sept. 3, the returning Garlic Parmesan and Olive Oil & Sea Salt Bread Boules are joined by two new varieties: Rosemary Provolone and Chipotle Pepper Jack. Like the original sourdough Bread Boule, which is available year-round, each boule is brushed with extra-virgin olive oil, topped with a selection of special seasonings designed to enhance the flavor of Zoup!’s fresh, delicious soups and toasted to golden perfection.

    Bread Boules are ideal for thicker, creamier offerings, like the popular Chicken Potpie and Lobster Bisque soups. Each Boule offers a minimum of 24 grams of protein.

    The popular Brewhouse Cheddar is a delightfully creamy mixture of mellow cheddar, English pale ale, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, sea salt and black pepper, garnished with shredded cheddar and scallions. The Zoup! team recommend pairing it with the Olive Oil & Sea Salt Boule for a distinctive fall flavor.
