JARS by Fabio Viviani celebrated a banner year in 2023 celebrating their official launch and initial location openings in Chicago, IL, and Laguna Nigel, CA. Following the announcement of a 60-unit Master Franchise Agreement in the UK and Ireland, JARS closed out the year with brand partnerships with Square and The Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Looking forward, JARS is preparing for another exciting year in 2024 with grand openings and new units in development.

JARS began franchising in 2022 with the support of Fransmart, and since the opening of the flagship location in Chicago in early in 2023, the brand has steadily grown. With a total of 107 franchise agreements currently in development, JARS saw a 328% increase in it’s unit growth last year. JARS founder, Fabio Viviani, is working towards the goal of having more than 10 open locations and 200+ units in development by the end of 2024. Following the most recent opening in Dallas, TX, JARS is quickly becoming a fan favorite dessert spot with additional locations coming soon in Texas, Missouri, Arizona, California, and Georgia throughout the year.

As the brand continues to prioritize the success of its franchisees, strategic partnerships have held a key role in elevating the brand and increasing brand awareness in new markets. In November 2023, JARS announced it would be integrating Square into its tech stack to create a seamless user experience for franchisees and guests alike by streamlining payment processing, inventory, and menu management, and by providing real time insight into store performance. JARS also announced their first brand partnership with The Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana where local troops had a chance to create an original JAR dessert combination featuring Girl Scout cookie flavors.

JARS will also be launching its new loyalty program later in 2024, users who sign up for the loyalty program will be able to earn points towards free menu items with every purchase. Every dollar spent translates to 10 rewards points that can be redeemed for Refreshers (600 points), Soft Serve (800 points), or any JAR on the menu (1000 points). Sign-up is free, and new users will receive 1000 points free to try a JAR of their choosing.
