United Capital Business Lending, a Maryland-based national business lender, is pleased to announce the addition of two new business development officers.

Jane Livingston will serve as VP, business development officer for the Midwest and Great Lakes region. Livingston brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently from US Bank and CIT in Minneapolis. At both companies, Livingston consistently ranked among the top performing loan originators. She earned her bachelor’s degree in information systems management from San Diego State University and her master’s degree in management from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Austin Rosen will serve as VP, business development officer for the Rocky Mountain West and Southwest regions. Rosen brings deep industry knowledge to United Capital along with his sales and finance experience acquired through key roles at Rosenfield Restaurants, a major multi-unit, multi-concept quick-serve operator based in Denver and commercial mortgage banking giant Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP in Irvine, California. Rosen earned his bachelor’s degree in finance/investments from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Livingston and Rosen will be responsible for loan origination and managing key client relationships within their regions.

“Both Jane and Austin bring years of proven success in business development during very challenging economic times,” says William Johnson, SVP of sales and business development for United Capital. “Given their track records and extensive backgrounds in the franchise sector, they are ideal additions to our franchise lending team.”
