The Salty, a national modern donut and coffee brand founded by Amanda Pizarro with more than 20 locations across the U.S., has announced a partnership with Táche, the original pistachio milk founded by Roxana Saidi. Launching at all Salty locations on Friday, Nov. 13, the partnership’s limited-edition fall drink offerings coincide with The Salty’s addition of Táche as a plant-based milk offering on its permanent, year-round menu.

“I reached out to Táche because I loved the product and felt an immediate connection to what they were building,” said Amanda Pizarro, founder and chief brand officer of The Salty. “As a fellow founder, I really respect the care they put into their ingredients and the way they’ve built the brand. We’re obsessive about what goes into our coffee at The Salty, so bringing Táche behind our bar felt like a natural fit. And instead of simply adding a new milk, we wanted to make a little more of it, with a full menu and experience to celebrate.”

Available Nov. 13–22 at all Salty locations, The Salty x Táche limited time menu will feature two specialty items, including:

  • Pistachio Orgeat Latte ($8): Available as an espresso or matcha latte, the drink features house-made pistachio and orgeat syrup and Táche Original Barista Pistachio Milk topped with pistachio and vanilla swirled whip and pistachio crunch.
  • Pistachio Tres Leches Donut ($5.25): The Salty’s signature 24-hour brioche donut soaked in Táche Original Barista Pistachio Milk, bottom dipped in pistachio white chocolate and topped with torched vanilla bean meringue and caramelized pistachios.

To celebrate the launch, The Salty’s Georgetown location in Washington D.C. will host a one-day pop-up on Saturday, Nov. 7 giving guests early access to the limited time Táche menu and exclusive co-branded merch. On Friday, Nov. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 15, the first 10 guests to order the Táche drink and donut pairing at every Salty location will receive an exclusive key chain or bandana gift with their purchase. Táche will be available to order year-round at all Salty locations.

“The Salty has built something really special by bringing creativity and an extraordinary level of care to both its coffee and culinary offerings,” said Roxana Saidi, founder and CEO of Táche. “We’ve long believed pistachio milk deserves a place behind the bar alongside the very best ingredients, and this partnership is such a natural expression of that. We’re thrilled to bring Táche to The Salty’s cafés nationwide, kicking things off with a deliciously creative menu that celebrates everything pistachio has to offer.”

Known today for its signature 24-hour brioche donuts, meticulously sourced coffee program and warm hospitality, The Salty was founded by Amanda Pizarro in 2015 with a Miami pop-up in a vintage camper. The brand has since grown to more than 20 locations across eight states and recently developed a line of bottled, clean-label coffee syrups. A trendsetter, The Salty has partnered with likeminded brands including Poppi, Snif, Summer Fridays and Salt & Straw for thoughtful guest activations anchored in community connection and attention to craft.
