CoreLife Eatery has announced its newest addition to the leadership team, Julia Baker, who joined the company as vice president of marketing. As the brand grows rapidly and adds franchises across the country, Baker, a food and beverage marketing expert, was brought on board to manage the company’s marketing, branding and promotion efforts at the executive level to position the company for further growth and success.

Baker has palpable experience in the food and beverage industry, and throughout her career has had the opportunity to grow franchises and wholesale distribution markets for local and national companies. Coming to CoreLife from a director of marketing position at Epic Wings in San Diego, Ca., her expertise includes: creating strategic marketing plans, including public relations efforts, community outreach, rebranding and developing new brand concepts; hiring and managing marketing teams; and spearheading growth through marketing and development initiatives. Baker’s accolades throughout her career include a nomination for Marketing Professional of the Year, securing spots for her company in Entrepreneur Magazine’s “Top 500” rankings and landing the front cover of San Diego Magazine’s Best Restaurants edition, among others.

“I am excited and proud to join the executive team at CoreLife Eatery, and I look forward to tackling the challenge and embracing the opportunity of helping a young brand continue its trajectory of success,” says Baker. “As an active person and outdoor enthusiast, I’m fully behind CoreLife’s concept of nourishing and scratch-made food that actually tastes great.”

All food at CoreLife Eatery is made in-house daily in a scratch kitchen. Many restaurants that make fresh or holistic claims still source most of their ingredients from factories, but CoreLife uses only grass-fed beef, antibiotic-free chicken and pork and cage-free eggs. All ingredients are free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners and additives. The menu features grain bowls, green salads, soups, bone broth and dinner plates featuring roasted vegetables and homemade sides. CoreLife also offers catering for events, meetings and parties with options like a Build-Your-Own Bar or Individual Bowls to suit all different tastes and dietary needs.

With an ongoing commitment to wellness and the community, the brand has seen numerous successful location launches in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, Utah and now Virginia, as more people embrace the ability to eat healthy and powerful foods every day
