Cups Frozen Yogurt, the beach-themed self-serve fro-yo concept known for its energetic vibe and club dance music, is now offering digital gift cards, available for fans to buy online without leaving their house or office.
Once purchased online, the certificate is emailed to the recipient where it can be printed or added to the their digital wallet on their iPhone or Android Passbook.
“Digital gift cards have been around for a few years, but the vast majority were offered by large companies like a Starbucks, “ says Rick Barbrick, Cups co-founder. “We are pleased to offer Cups customers a convenient and easy way to purchase gift cards for their family and friends.”
Through December 31, Cups is also offering a $5 bonus card with a $10 gift card purchase. Bonus cards are available online with a digital gift card purchase and with physical cards in-store. Bonus cards are valid between January 1, 2014 and February 28, 2014.
Since opening first in Clifton, New Jersey in 2010, Cups has become a local hot spot for teenagers and adults alike. Guests at Cups make their own fro-yo concoctions, choosing from 24 yogurt flavors and more than 50 different toppings, and three sauces.
