East Hampton Sandwich Co. will open its Southlake, Texas, store on September 2 for lunch and dinner service. This will total five locations that founder Hunter Pond has opened since 2012. Recently named a Forbes “30 under 30” recipient and Zagat “30 under 30,” Pond and his partners have continued plans to grow the brand in Texas, with the sixth location (North Dallas on Inwood Road) scheduled to open this fall.

Regarding the Southlake opening Pond says, “We are thrilled to now be welcomed into the Southlake community. It was a natural progression for our brand that we find a spot here for East Hampton. Our neighbors have been extremely supportive and we are humbled by the positive reactions without our doors even opening yet.”

The restaurant delivers its menu in a carefully designed, relaxed environment providing a quick but polished dining experience. Pond says, “I wanted to create a concept where elevated sandwiches would be made using the finest ingredients available and served in a smart and stylish interior. Large differentiating factors of our brand are that our chefs brine, roast and carve/nitrate free meats, skipping out on serving deli meat.”

Menu highlights range from the popular Lobster Roll, Turkey Bacon Avocado, Fried Chicken + Jack and Balsamic Tenderloin to their signature homemade chips and White Sangria. Guests looking for a lighter option can order any sandwich as a salad. A seasonal sandwich menu and additional salad options such as the Rustic Chicken Caesar, Hampton’s Turkey Cobb and Golden Pear Pancetta are available as well. East Hampton Sandwich Co. serves wine and beer.
