This breakfast sandwich, loaded on a new Maple French Toast Gourmet Bagel, combines layers of flavors for the ultimate sweet and savory breakfast experience. Starting April 17, 2024, the Maplehouse Egg Sandwich will be available to “tap” at participating Einstein Bros. Bagels locations nationwide.
