Local entrepreneur Charles Loflin is celebrating the grand opening of his new Einstein Bros. Bagels location at 7959 Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio with a food giveaway today.
Einstein Bros. Bagels will present the first 100 people in line with coupons valid for one free Breakfast Sandwich a week for one year.
“I can’t think of a better way to showcase the freshness and quality of our Breakfast Sandwiches to the local community,” says Loflin, who also owns the Einstein Bros. Bagels location at 12730 IH-10 West in San Antonio.
To receive the coupons, the first 100 people in line must be at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID. Those who qualify will be awarded a coupon book good for one Breakfast Sandwich per week for a year, equating to 52 sandwiches. Coupons are valid for a year, and must be redeemed only at the Fredericksburg Road restaurant.
“We are thrilled to offer a restaurant that will impress new and longtime Einstein Bros. Bagels fans with fresh menu options and a vibrant dining environment,” Loflin says.
A seasoned restaurateur with more than 12 years of experience in franchise operations, Loflin also owns 14 Wingstop locations in the San Antonio market. The opening marks the second of seven Einstein Bros. Bagels locations that Loflin has agreed to develop locally. Currently, there are three other Einstein Bros. Bagels locations in the area.
“Throughout my 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I’ve learned that when you offer customers freshness and quality, they’ll come back time after time,” Loflin says. “That’s what the Einstein Bros. Bagel brand stands for, and that’s what makes it enjoyable for me to open this restaurant.”
The restaurant will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
“We are in a growth mode, and with this opening we are adding to the tremendous momentum we’ve built in the Texas market and elsewhere,” says Jeff O’Neill, chief executive officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. “We are excited to strengthen our bonds with the community, and we welcome our new neighbors in for breakfast, lunch or freshly baked, world-famous bagels anytime.”
“The opening of the new San Antonio location confirms that demand for our brand is building,” O’Neill says. “We want to be the fastest growing fast-casual restaurant chain in America and we are increasing our focus on expansion through franchising and licensing.”
