The Loop Pizza Grill, a fast-casual restaurant franchise, is taking its brand to the next level of growth with a new chief marketing officer.
Marla Quattrone has been appointed to the position for the family-owned business, which is based in Jacksonville, Florida. She will bring strong expertise in brand strategy and user experience to supercharge growth for the organization. In the role, she will lead The Loop’s efforts in branding, marketing, advertising, media, sponsorships and events.
Quattrone will also take a deeper look at restaurant operations, helping drive The Loop’s narrative for corporate and employee culture and franchise experience and communications.
“At The Loop, we’ve seen steady growth over our 38-year history,” says Loop co-founder and president Mike Schneider. “We’ve grown fast fans in the markets we’ve entered. I’m confident Marla will help us continue to find success as we expand our franchise opportunities and serve new customers in new markets.”
Quattrone already has experience working with The Loop team. She recently completed a branding project with the company through her serendipitously named consultancy, Loop Brand Strategy. The partnership was so successful both parties wanted to take it further.
“The Loop has worked hard to create an already solid brand, and I’m thrilled to join this strong team,” Quattrone says. “I look forward to putting my expertise to work for this company, digging down to the roots of this successful brand and finding pathways forward to expand the franchise and develop loyal fans.”
Before joining the Loop Pizza Grill team, Quattrone worked for nearly two decades at Loop Brand Strategy. There, she helped more than 60 organizations, including other fast-casual restaurants and franchises with all aspects of brand strategy and execution, driving incredible growth.
Quattrone also shares The Loop’s dedication to community. She is committed to giving back and currently serves as a trustee at St. Johns Country Day School, as the senior warden at All Saints Episcopal Church and is an active member of the Colonial Dames of America in North Florida.
