Juice It Up!, one of the nation’s leading raw juice bar and hand-crafted smoothie franchises, opened its very first mall kiosk storefront in the Northridge Fashion Center. This marks the chain’s 10th non-traditional location, with others operating on university campuses and inside fitness clubs, as well as at a minor league baseball park. This is the company’s second Northridge, California, location and the first under ownership of franchisee, Daman Singh, who is also opening another mall kiosk in Riverside, California, later this month.

Operating on a significantly smaller footprint of approximately 225 square feet, a Juice It Up! kiosk offers the same array of better-for-you products as a traditional unit.  All products are designed to be refreshing, delicious and functional in order to meet the nutritional wants and needs of guests at every level of health. Menu items include fresh-squeezed raw juices, blended-to-order real fruit and veggie smoothies, and nutrient-rich bowls loaded with superfruits Açaí and Pitaya. With Juice It Up!’s Smoothie Bowl option, guests can transform their favorite Classic and Veggie Smoothie into a nourishing meal replacement, topped with fresh fruits, granola and a drizzle of honey. To supercharge any bowl or smoothie, Juice It Up! offers a “Make it Green” option by blending in raw kale and spinach to add an extra dose of fiber, vitamins and minerals.
