Tennessee-based Just Love Coffee Cafe announced plans to open its latest coffee cafe in Chadron, Nebraska, by late summer. Located at 302 Main Street, the shop is taking over the location that once housed the local Radio Shack. The location is the first to open in Nebraska and represents the brand’s expansion throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.

“What first drew us to Just Love was the unique way of preparing amazing food using waffle irons. It looked innovative and fun,” says Drew Petersen who with his wife Brittany own the Chadron location. “But as we learned more about the Just Love story, we quickly realized that their values as a company matched ours both personally and professionally,” Petersen adds, noting the brand’s mission to be a “catalyst for love” through its online fundraising platform and ongoing local efforts to support the communities in which each location operates. “We get excited when we meet individuals who have a desire to serve their community and provide a place for family and friends to enjoy time together. That’s what we want each Just Love to be about. Drew and Brittany fit the brand so well and we can’t wait to share some “Love” with everyone in Chadron,” says Rob Webb, founder, and CEO of Just Love Coffee.

The shop will offer the brand’s signature lattes such as the Cha-Cha, Toffee Coffee, and White Chocolate Tiramisu, along with their nitrogen-infused cold brew called Nitro Coffee, cold brew coffees, frappes, and coffee shakes. For the non-coffee drinkers, the shop will feature an assortment of loose-leaf teas and Italian Cream Sodas that have become very popular with the lunch and dinner crowds. The location will also feature all-day food menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner serving signature entrées such as the Womelette™, Jive Turkey™, and Bacon Tater™ to name a few. Healthier options like the Quinoa Veggie Wrap and the Strawberry Spinach Salad will also be available. Customers will also be able to take home bags of their favorite Just Love Coffee roasts.

“From the attention given to roasting their own coffee to the preparation of hearty and delicious entrees that guests will have trouble choosing just one thing to order, Just Love just does it right. For Brittany and me, however, the most important thing we learned about Just Love was that the people of Just Love Coffee are more like a family than a business—and that is the way it should be,” Petersen says.

In addition to the new shop in Chadron, Just Love Coffee Cafe has additional locations opening in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Ohio, Michigan, and Florida.
