Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, a celebrated name in home-style fresh, never frozen fried chicken for over 55 years, recently announced Jessica Crouch as the new Director of Field Marketing. Crouch will lead marketing efforts for Lee’s corporate-owned units and continue to build out local store marketing resources for the field. She will report to Vice President of Marketing Dan Sokolik.

Crouch is focused on building catering, third-party delivery and local store marketing. Lee’s recently launched a new loyalty program and app, increasing average check sizes. With the launch, there was a 23% increase in year-over-year online order revenue. Crouch will continue to drive off-premise initiatives to build the number of orders and average check size.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jessica to the Lee’s family. She will play an integral role as we focus on driving our brand presence and further connecting with our customers and the communities we serve,” says Sokolik. “Understanding the intricacies of a growing brand while being able to execute marketing that packs a punch is vital to our organization, and we are excited about the experience and energy she brings.”

Prior to Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken, Jessica Crouch spent nearly 12 years with Lion’s Choice Restaurants, a quick-service restaurant chain in the St. Louis area. She joined the organization in 2011 on the restaurant side, including serving as a manager. In 2017, she moved to a corporate role in marketing. She served as Marketing Manager for nearly five years before taking on the role of Brand Manager.

“I am delighted to join Lee’s and help drive brand awareness and growth for the iconic brand,” says Jessica Crouch, Director of Field Marketing. “I look forward to building on its legacy and supporting its evolution.”
