Compass Group, a food and support services company, announced the integration of KIMCO Corporation and Eurest Services USA under the Eurest Services brand banner. The combination of KIMCO and Eurest Services provides expanded geographic reach for self-performed and managed facilities services, making it one of the largest providers in North America. John Barrett, former CEO of KIMCO, was named president of Eurest Services USA.

The unified organization will serve clients with a wider range of facilities solutions and locations, capitalizing on a heritage of service excellence and team dedication with the resources and processes available from Compass Group. Eurest Services can now bring a mix of soft support services to the marketplace, along with a commitment to quality and value. The company will have a presence in 49 states and will support over 1,000 corporate clients in the U.S. in the corporate facilities, retail, manufacturing, energy, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

The joint company will offer services ranging from janitorial and building services to grounds keeping. The ability to customize unique service bundles is enhanced by access to extensive staff training and processes like the Compass Service Framework, a proprietary platform developed to allow a range of services to be delivered to customers within repeatable and consistent management procedures.
