MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings announced its spring seasonal offerings—the Sophie Pizza and the Roasted Asparagus Salad, along with limited-time toppings—roasted asparagus and fresh carrots. For spring, MOD is also highlighting its own Sri-Rancha finishing sauce, a unique blend of Sriracha and ranch dressing. These latest seasonal items will be available at all 320-plus MOD locations across the U.S. from April 3 through June 24, 2018.

The Sophie is a play on artichoke dip in pizza form. With a white sauce-base, this pizza also features a peppery bite of arugula, creamy mozzarella cheese, savory artichokes and smoky bacon. The pizza is topped off with grated parmesan cheese and finished with a drizzle of MOD’s Sri-Rancha, adding the perfect touch of heat.

MOD is also introducing the Roasted Asparagus Salad for spring. This simple and light salad highlights house-roasted asparagus and fresh carrots, and is tossed with romaine, mixed greens, parmesan cheese, croutons and Italian dressing.

“In the MOD test kitchen, we pour over dozens of flavor combinations to come up with our featured seasonal pizza. The Sophie was an immediate winner, inspired by one of our culinary team’s favorite comfort foods—artichoke dip,” says Brian Figler, Culinary Manager for MOD. “We also take pride in trying new things on our pizza and salads – this season, we’re roasting our fresh asparagus in-house each morning, using a simple recipe that enhances its flavor. We’re also highlighting our Sri-Rancha finishing sauce for spring—adding it to any pizza is a great way to add a subtle touch of spice.”
