T3, the Austin-based innovation agency, has been selected by national restaurant operator Mongolian Concepts to develop a responsive web design for Genghis Grill that creates a branded online ordering and loyalty experience. This new partnership will leverage T3’s Restaurant Accelerator, a proprietary platform that combines the agency’s best-in-class customer experience and loyalty practice into a nimble technology solution.

Founded in 2017, Mongolian Concepts joined the Genghis Grill, bd’s Mongolian Grill and Flat Top Grill brands under a unified umbrella. The restaurant group sought an agency partner with deep experience in utilizing customer data in an intelligent and meaningful way to provide fans with a personalized online ordering experience with integrated loyalty functionality.
