Paciugo Gelato Caffè, the Dallas-based specialty brand known for its Italian gelato, is giving coffee lovers a new latte experience. The Gelatte is a traditional hot latte, steamed with gelato. Just in time for fall, Paciugo introduced two new Gelatte creations, Apple Caramel and Spiced Pumpkin, which will warm up its menu through November 27.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our Apple Caramel and Spiced Pumpkin Gelattes, which are handcrafted with seasonal flavors,” says John Kelly, Paciugo director of marketing. “We’ve taken a traditional fall favorite and added a twist that only Paciugo could. The result is Gelattes that not only taste great, but that you’ll only find at Paciugo.”
With nearly 400 recipes in its portfolio, Paciugo Gelato Caffè's 44 locations across 16 states serve an assortment of 32-40 flavors, made daily at all gelato caffès. This means the Gelatte can be served as any number of flavors.
“There is only one way to bring the world’s best flavors to our customers and that is to scour the globe in search of the finest ingredients so we can create the best possible flavors and flavor combinations,” says Diego Comparin, Paciugo vice president of research and development. “We create every recipe in our artisan kitchen in Dallas, hold them all to our exceptionally high product standards and always, always add a touch of what we refer to in Italy as ‘Amore.’ We hope you love our new Gelattes!”
Paciugo gelato is made with whole milk versus cream, resulting in a frozen dessert with up to 70 percent less fat and fewer calories than ice cream. In addition to milk-based gelato, Paciugo offers water-based, fat-free sorbets, soy-based gelato, and no sugar added versions of gelato.
