Created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Smith, the three seasonal salads—Very Berry Spinach, Classic Italian and Chicken Cobb—are favoloso as a meal or a side. The salads are available at SPIN!’s Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Texas locations.
Piled high with perfectly seasoned roasted chicken, creamy avocados, chopped eggs, juicy grape tomatoes, gorgonzola cheese and flavorful Italian pancetta on a bed of fresh lettuce, the Chicken Cobb is SPIN!’s take on the traditional salad. With its own unique combination of flavors, SPIN!’s protein packed, gluten-free Chicken Cobb comes topped with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. Just leave off the cheese and swap the buttermilk ranch dressing for red wine vinaigrette to make it a dairy free and gluten-free Cobb.
In the mood for the perfetta light salad? SPIN!’s colorful Very Berry Spinach Salad tops fresh dark green spinach leaves with an eye-catching array of summer strawberries and blueberries, crunchy red onion and sweet glazed pecans, smooth goat cheese, and made-from-scratch honey mustard dressing. This gluten-free salad, with its warm weather flavors, can easily be made dairy free by skipping the goat cheese.
SPIN!’s light flavorful Classic Italian Salad delivers Italian summer favorites on a bed of lettuce. Succulent grape tomatoes, glistening artichokes, crisp red onion, and savory Kalamata olives join spicy sopressata and aromatic pepperonicini atop a bed of lettuce finished off with fresh shaved grana padana cheese, crunchy farmhouse croutons, and homemade red wine vinaigrette.
