Torchy’s Tacos’ newest Taco of the Month creation, the Chili Wagon, is rolling into town for a limited time during the month of November. No stranger to using chile peppers in creative and delicious ways, Torchy’s newest Taco of the Month is inspired by the flavor of New Mexico red chiles and sure to become a fan favorite.

The Chili Wagon makes its debut featuring New Mexico red chile stewed chicken with a fried poblano pepper strip, onions, avocado sauce, fresh cilantro and a lime wedge on a corn tortilla—all for just $5.75.

“The Chili Wagon comes straight from the Torchy’s innovation kitchen, where the team and I pull inspiration and flavors from our different experiences and travels in unique ways,” says Mike Rypka, founder of Torchy’s Tacos. “This new Taco of the Month takes inspiration from New Mexico and its famous chiles. While our guests know and love them in our Green Chile Queso, the Chili Wagon features New Mexico red chiles that are packed with rich flavors and just the right amount of heat.”

For the perfect pairing, taco junkies can add an order of Green Chile Queso and New Belgium Brewing’s American Haze IPA, or try Torchy’s new Tito’s Prickly Punch made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Torchy’s Pucker Up Punch, sweet and sour and a splash of soda.

Guests can safely dine-in at Torchy’s, or order convenient takeout or curbside pickup with the option to order and pay-ahead at or through contactless delivery on DoorDash.

The Chili Wagon is available Nov. 4 at participating Torchy’s Tacos locations. Portions of the proceeds from all Taco of the Month sales go to Torchy’s charitable partners.
