Love is in the air, and Starbucks is making it easier than ever to enjoy a sweet treat or find a heartfelt gift this Valentine’s Day. Starbucks Molten Chocolate beverages are returning just in time for the holiday, as well as a selection of gifts and greetings for customers to express their love and appreciation.
Molten Chocolate Trio
Good news for chocolate lovers. Beginning February 7 and lasting through February 14, participating Starbucks stores in the United States, Canada, and the Europe, Middle East and Africa region will offer Starbucks Molten Chocolate beverages.
Molten Chocolate Latte: Chocolatey chips are melted into espresso, then topped with steamed milk combined with bittersweet mocha sauce. This latte is topped with mocha- and espresso-infused whipped cream and an espresso mocha drizzle. It is available hot and iced.
Molten Chocolate Frappuccino Blended Beverage: This drink is a mix of coffee with rich mocha sauce and chocolatey chips blended with milk and ice. The beverage is finished with mocha- and espresso-infused whipped cream and an espresso mocha drizzle.
Molten Hot Chocolate: Bittersweet mocha sauce and chocolatey chips are melted into steamed milk for a smooth and creamy taste. Mocha and espresso-infused whipped cream and espresso mocha drizzle top off the beverage.
Sweet Treats
Valentine’s Day Heart Cookie: Starbucks buttery shortbread sugar cookie is cut into a heart shape, enrobed with either white or pink chocolaty coating and decorated with an XOXO design.
Confetti Hearts Cake Pop: This treat is Starbucks signature Chocolate Cake Pop with the addition of heart sprinkles to celebrate the season.
Valentine’s Day Gifts & Greetings
Drinkware: Customers can surprise their sweetest with a Valentine’s Day mug and their favorite coffee or tea, available in participating stores in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and online.
Giving Keys Collection: A Giving Key necklace passes along a very special message. Each key is handmade in Los Angeles by people emerging from homelessness. Available in participating U.S. stores and online.
Starbucks Card: Starbucks offers a variety of whimsical designs including a heart-shaped keepsake card that can attach to a key chain with heartfelt messages such as, “You are the sweetest,” “Luv you lots,” and “You make me happy.” Valentine’s Day eGifts are also available online.
Celebrate at Home
Make a cup of coffee or cocoa and cozy up at home with loved ones or catch a special Valentine’s Day episode of Starbucks animated series “1st & Main.”
Caffè Verona: Sip Starbucks Caffè Verona (available in K-Cup Packs, ground and whole bean) with a sweetie to start the day. With a roasty, dark cocoa flavor, this coffee pairs nicely with Valentine’s Day chocolates.
Hot Cocoa: Customers can enjoy a cup of Starbucks hot cocoa, available where groceries are sold. Customers can “vote up” their favorites through the Starbucks mobile app, and the company will share the top love songs on February 10, just in time for the weekend.
