Wildflower Bread Company, a food-forward neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, announced the debut of its new seasonal menu highlighting the fresh flavors of summer.
“Our summer menu highlights fresh, simple ingredients that celebrate the flavors of summer,” says Lacey Hudgins, director of product development. “We continue to seek out elevated, unique ingredients that will surprise and delight our guests, the wild Alaskan salmon, tender pea shoots, and beautiful watermelon radish are standouts. Along with introducing exciting new flavors, we brought back a guest favorite, the Ultimate Bacon & Egg Sandwich.”
In addition to the traditional Wildflower favorites, guests will find the following items at their local restaurant for a limited time:
Salmon BLT&E Sandwich
Our twist on a classic with seared wild Alaskan salmon, sunny egg, feta cheese, spicy pepper aioli, fresh basil and tomatoes on grilled brioche with a side of mixed chips. Served all day, this kicked-up, flavorful BLT is fitting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Summer Garden Salad
Bright, crisp, and refreshing, this salad is as beautiful as it is delicious. We combine locally grown, organic pea shoots, vibrant watermelon radish, field greens, feta, scallions, toasted sunflower seeds and avocado tossed with lemon citrus dressing for an unbeatable summer salad.
Spicy Lemon Penne Pasta
Bold but familiar flavors harmonize in fresh and flavorful dish of sautéed chicken breast, garlic, hot peppers, fresh tomatoes, spinach, pea shoots, scallions, petite peas, basil and feta in a lemon vegetable sauce.
Ultimate Bacon & Egg Sandwich
Back by popular demand, this Wildflower favorite elevates the classic flavors of crisp bacon, perfectly scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese with slow-roasted tomatoes, arugula, and pesto on a grilled brioche roll. If it’s not a favorite yet it will be.
