Zoup! Eatery is now open for business in Ballston. The fast-casual restaurant, known for its award-winning soups and made-to-order sandwiches and salads, opened its first Arlington, Virginia, location on Monday, October 21.
“The Zoup! Ballston family is delighted to finally open our doors for our friends and neighbors,” says franchise owner and operator Jim Beverley. “I can’t wait for our guests to experience our award-winning gourmet soups and our dedication to serving our community, and I know they’ll come to love Zoup! Eatery as much as I do.”
The Ballston menu features Sustain-a-Bowls, entrée-sized bowls made with a base of bone broth, cauliflower rice or full-husk brown rice and ancient grains, prepared with all-natural ingredients and house-made sauces. Guests can pair their meal with a variety of flavors of organic craft beverages, all made in-house daily.
The new restaurant hosted two “sneak peek” previews on Oct. 18 and 19, collecting over $1,700 in donations for the Arlington Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works to strengthen and support those who live and work in Arlington through scholarships for local students and philanthropic grants to address the needs of the community. The restaurant will host a week of food and drink specials to celebrate its Grand Opening the week of December 9. Guests can join Zoup! Eatery’s Insiderz program for updated information on events and special offers including a free bowl of soup BOGO welcome offer.
Located at 4401 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 102, Zoup! is open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
