Bolay, the rapidly-growing restaurant concept that has made a huge splash across Florida, has named Patrick Jorcin as operations partner for its first Jupiter location, which is set to open February 8. Patrick has worked in restaurants for over 20 years, most recently as the Operating Partner for Bolay’s Boca Raton location.
“I am honored to be named operating partner of our newest location in Jupiter,” says Jorcin. “It’s a great area and I’m excited to make the move. The lifestyle here really embraces the outdoors and that’s a perfect fit for Bolay and for me, personally.”
Prior to working with Bolay, Patrick got to know Bolay CEO, Chris Gannon, while working for the PDQ brand. When Gannon, with his business partner and father, legendary restauranteur Tim Gannon, decided to do something new, bold, and exciting, Jorcin jumped on board immediately.
From the start, Jorcin felt the impact Bolay was having on communities and on his own life, “In every new area, guests want the same thing: healthy alternatives that are delicious and fast.” Jorcin even saw himself transformed by the access to Bolay’s nutrient-rich and gluten-free menu. “You can’t help but be motivated by the ‘Bolay Way,” says Jorcin. “And we can’t wait to introduce the Jupiter community to our fresh, bold lifestyle.”
The Bolay team has pursued an aggressive expansion plan throughout 2018, opening stores throughout Florida, from West Palm Beach to Gainesville. The rapid growth has neither quelled their energy nor their confidence. “Patrick embodies our core values,” adds Chris Gannon. “From how he inspires his team to the way he welcomes our guests, Patrick has the genuine energy and excitement for the brand needed to make a real impact in Jupiter.”
Bolay is set to open February 8 at 1697 West Indiantown Rd Suite 1 and will be open seven days a week—11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sundays—and will reveal grand opening plans as the date approaches.
