Sustainable burger restaurant, Farm Burger is putting local produce at the forefront of its menu with creative new dishes that reflect the season. The fast casual’s seasonal salads are now available in its restaurants across the Southeast, offering flavor-packed meals that are nutrient-dense and locally grown.

The new Superfood Salad combines nutty flavors with a touch of sweetness and spice, featuring fresh mango, pickled onion and feta on top of a mix of local kale, black rice and honey-ginger dressing. In addition, the new Farm Salad features local lettuces and arugula topped with cucumber, radishes, ricotta salata and green goddess dressing. Guests can enjoy both salads as a main dish or a side, with the option to create a hearty meal by adding a housemade patty, bacon or fried local egg.

Both salads are tossed with ingredients supplied by regional partners Humble Heart Farm, West Georgia Farmers Cooperative, Tucker Farms, Love is Love Farm, and other farms throughout the season.

“We find great joy in partnering with local farmers to create fresh and seasonal menu items that our guests will love,” says George Frangos, co-founder of Farm Burger. “The relationships we’ve fostered with local farms across the Southeast make it possible to serve fresh, seasonal ingredients and we hope those who enjoy our seasonal salad selections experience that connection each time they order.”

Founded in 2010 by organic rancher Jason Mann and seasoned restaurateur George Frangos, Farm Burger is an ethical burger restaurant group committed to leading the fast-casual industry in forging a sustainable food future.
