Unified Brands announced it has acquired Power Soak Systems, a privately held company and the leading manufacturer of continuous-motion ware-washing systems headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, with its manufacturing facility in Pryor, Oklahoma.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cantrell will continue to lead Power Soak and have a leadership role in Unified Brands as vice president/general manager.

Unified Brands is headquartered in Jackson, Mississippi, and operates manufacturing facilities there and in Weidman, Michigan.
