Abe Dortheimer, a Vietnam veteran and president of Silver Lining Marketing, recently opened a new A&W Restaurant in Terminal C at Newark International Airport (NIA). It is the first A&W Restaurant, the world’s first franchise restaurant chain, to debut in the New Jersey area.
“Choosing A&W was easy,” said Dortheimer. “I did the research and found that the brand is quickly growing. The food is also more diverse than the other hamburger concepts and the quality is better.”
Dortheimer also operates a Seattle’s Best Coffee and Wetzel’s Pretzels in Terminal B (Delta Air Lines concourse) of the airport.
The A&W restaurant is about 827 square feet and opens at 5 A.M.
