Cinnabon®, Inc.,opened its first Aruba bakery, located in Oranjestad at Riena Beatrix International Airport today.

“We are very excited that the Aruba market represents a significant development opportunity for Cinnabon, and we look forward to introducing travelers, airport employees, and nearby residents to our extensive lines of delicious treats,” said Maarten van Romodt, co-owner of Rotonde Management, N.V., Cinnabon’s franchise partner in Aruba.

van Romodt and business partner Onno van Romodt plan to open eight additional Cinnabon locations in the Netherlands Antilles by the end of 2010, two of which are slated to be in airports. They also operate the recently opened Cinnabon bakery at Hato International Airport in Willemstad, Curaçao.
