Mexicue launched a new white-label delivery program, MexiCrew. MexiCrew reflects the restaurant’s focus on creative food with big flavors enjoyed by groups in a fun, vibrant atmosphere. Through the Mexicue website, diners can order curated meals and shareable a la carte options delivered right to their home or office.
With group dining at the core of Mexicue’s identity, MexiCrew’s shareable menu is designed for groups and packaged to travel – from the kitchen to the front door. Select offerings on the MexiCrew menu include:
Family Meal Tacos aren’t just for Tuesdays. House tortilla chips & charred jalapeno guacamole, avocado romaine salad, four smoky chicken tacos, and four pulled pork tacos. (Serves 4)
Happy Hour Make any hour a little bit happier. House tortilla chips & dip trio, four bbq beet tacos, four brisket tacos, four pulled pork tacos, four shrimp tacos, grilled cornbread, and margarita mix – you bring the mezcal. (Serves 10)
The investment in a white-label delivery program was made to ensure that diners ordering through delivery were receiving an authentic Mexicue experience without compromise. As part of MexiCrew’s launch, Mexicue dropped all third-party delivery channels.
“It is important that the meals being delivered are consistent with the quality we provide in our restaurants,” says Thomas Kelly, co-founder of Mexicue. “A large part of our brand identity is group dining, so we made an investment in our off-site business and decided the best way to protect our brand and guest experience was through white-label delivery.”
To build a delivery program tailored to group dining, Mexicue worked with Figure 8 Logistics, a food delivery consulting firm, to source more sustainable packaging, move to a single online ordering platform, and upgrade all restaurants to on-demand logistics.
“MexiCrew was designed with a focus on fun and group dining – extending Mexicue’s dine-in brand experience to delivery,” says Scott Landers, co-founder of Figure 8 Logistics.
In current delivery markets, New York (Manhattan) and Stamford, CT, MexiCrew will replace current ordering channels. Mexicue is pleased to launch delivery for the first time in the DC market.
