With eight Tocaya Organica locations already successfully crafting fresh-casual modern Mexican cuisine in Southern California, The Madera Group is ready to launch their next outpost at the newly reimagined Beverly Center at 8500 Beverly Blvd. The much-anticipated restaurant is slated to open on November 2, 2018. Taking a sophisticated yet accessible approach to fast-casual dining, Tocaya Organica is a welcome addition to Beverly Center’s diverse culinary lineup and to the flourishing West 3rd Street neighborhood.
“We wanted to open in a convenient, central location for those who want to eat healthy during a busy work day or grab a bite in the evening with friends,” says Tosh Berman CEO and co-founder of The Madera Group. “Beverly Center is the perfect match. The space brings our fun, casual but elevated take on dining to a prime location for Angelenos who embrace the TocayaLife.”
Conveniently located in the heart of Los Angeles adjacent to West Hollywood, Tocaya Organica Beverly Center will offer the versatile menu that Tocaya fans have come to know and love. Using locally-sourced organic ingredients, Tocaya takes a unique vegan-first approach to salads, tacos, bowls and burritos, while giving non-vegans the ability to opt in with their choice of grass-fed meat, free-range chicken and fish that is fresh, never frozen. Guests at Tocaya Beverly Center can expect aguas frescas and juices as well as margaritas, beer and wine.
The new Tocaya Organica location is part of a larger movement of shopping centers not just offering places to eat but bringing in restaurant partners that make the center a dining destination. Stopping for a meal is a great way to elevate the shopping experience, transforming it from a stressful chore to a fun and leisurely afternoon with family and friends. Tocaya will provide a welcome respite for Beverly Center shoppers and locals looking to refresh with a quick, delicious meal and hand-crafted beverages.
In a 3,000 square foot space, the restaurant boasts Tocaya’s signature open floorplan with tabletops and booth seating. Tocaya’s ethos of modern simplicity runs through the new restaurant from the brightly lit space to the succulents that line the walls and booths, custom art pieces from local artists, and vibrant mosaic tiles that lure you into the room.
With the ninth store opening for the rapidly expanding brand, Tocaya Organica steps closer to their plans to have 12 stores open by the end of the year. Tocaya is located near the corner of West 3rd St. and San Vicente, on the ground level of Beverly Center. Convenient valet parking is available by entering the building on 3rd Street at the new 3rd Street Valet.
