And Zoup!, the fast-casual restaurant renowned for its fresh, delicious soups, salads and sandwiches, is doubling down on the comfort this season with its new Brewhouse Cheddar soup and three Seasoned Bread Boules—bowls that are just as delicious as the soups inside them!
“The Brewhouse Cheddar is a top-notch addition to our menu of tasty and filling soups,” says Zoup! founder and CEO Eric Ersher. “And our Seasoned Bread Boules pair perfectly with any of our soups, providing a unique combination of flavors to enjoy throughout the season.”
The new Bread Boules come in three varieties: Italian Herb, Parmesan Garlic and Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Like the original sourdough Bread Boule, which is available year-round, these tasty newcomers consist of sourdough bread brushed with extra-virgin olive oil. They’re then topped with a selection of special seasonings designed to enhance the flavor of Zoup!’s fresh, delicious soups and toasted to golden perfection.
Bread Boules are ideal for thicker, creamier offerings, like the popular Chicken Potpie and Lobster Bisque soups. Staffers recommend pairing the Brewhouse Cheddar with the Olive Oil & Sea Salt Boule for a distinctive fall flavor. The Parmesan Garlic Boule is recommended for zesty chilies like the Roadhouse Sirloin, and the Italian Herb Boule nicely complements Zoup!’s creamy tomato soups.
All of Zoup!’s Bread Boules, except for the Parmesan Garlic, are dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Before the olive oil and toppings are added, each Boule offers 24 grams of protein. The Brewhouse Cheddar and all three Seasoned Bread Boules are available through Nov. 12.
Zoup! features an extensive collection of award-winning soup recipes and serves 12 rotating daily varieties, including soups that are low fat, enlightened (lower calorie), made with gluten-free ingredients, dairy free and vegetarian—all served with a hunk of freshly baked bread. Customer favorites include Chicken Potpie, Lobster Bisque and Loaded Baked Potato, but guests are encouraged to sample each day’s options to find the soup that’s perfect for them. The menu also features made-to-order salads and sandwiches, and all menu items are available in convenient catering sizes for groups of 10 or more.
